The Site offers a digital coaching program and membership ("the Services") to registered users. The Services include but are not limited to access to various tools, videos, and learning resources.

3. REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP
Members gain lifetime access to the Services for a one-time fee. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

4. PAYMENT
The one-time fee for the Services is due in full at the time of registration. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

5. CONTENT
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, video, and software, is owned by the Company and protected by UK and international copyright laws.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Company retains all rights to the Site and the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without express permission from the Company.

7. PRIVACY

8. USER CONDUCT
